     What Happens Next?

    1. Availability Confirmation: Our admin team will check the availability for the date you’ve requested and get back to you shortly.
    2. Detailed Booking Information: Once availability is confirmed, we will send you a detailed email that includes: 
      • A summary of your requested reservation details.
      • Pricing breakdown.
      • Payment options and instructions.
      • Additional information or special instructions for your stay.
    3. Payment: To finalize your booking, we will provide instructions for completing the payment. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is processed.
    Cancellation Policy for Polar Boutique Inn & Suites 
    We know that changes happen and plans have to change. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs but we do have a cancellation policy to protect our business, particularly during times of high demand. 
     
    December to September
    All cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to check in time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to each night of stay per room booked, amount total of the booking.
     
    October and November (Polar Bear Season)
    All cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to each night of stay per room booked, amount total of the booking.
     
    Early Departure: In the case of an early departure, Polar Boutique Inn & Suites reserves the right to charge a penalty up to or including the amount of the remaining stay. 
     
    Policy may vary depending on special offers or package deals. Any difference in cancellation fees will be noted on your reservation receipt.
